Good show, but reading setlists online kept it from being great because there were no real "surprises" and it was a typical setlist. Despite that, the performance was great. Bono's voice was in great form, and the band was tight. Loved the Zoo TV bit for the first encore as that tour was before my time as a fan. I had just about the worst seats one could have as far as distance from the stage (second to last row straight on the far side of the arena)but the advantage of this was being able to see the stage, screen, and lights in all their glory. Of course the band were the size of ants. Still the show was a great time, and having better seats Tuesday night in Jersey and hoping for a few different songs has me psyched for another go-round of VERTIGO!
PS....Did anyone catch Bono's refernece to another Live Aid on the 4th of July weekend???? Heard those rumors online, and i would say Bono confirmed it.
