Determined to give a good show, U2 came out with both barrels blazing! The group had spark and fire tonight. Bono was very talkative, the sound was great and the crowd ate it up. Philadelphia on a Monday night is a great place to be!
You can't put the energy of last night into words. It was tribal and beautiful.
I think the audience tried to tell U2 how much we appreciate all the healing and pleasure their music brings us. In return U2 turned around and gave more and more and more. More chances to sing, to be heard, to learn about ourselves and to experience the celestial quality of their music. I don't think every show turns out like this. Thanks U2 for taking us on quite a ride!
