My second U2 concert and just a week after the first in Glasgow. We drove down late in the day from Northern England and had only bought tickets late so were pretty much at the back of the old Wembley's enormous arena.

It didn't matter though U2s sounds hit like a wall and this concert reinforced to me what I'd learnt in Glasgow.

U2 are the biggest band in the world. Still true as I write this.... Getting on for 20 years later.
