If you read my review of the washington DC concert and that of the first show in NY you would know that as great as this show (pop mart is) it does not have that power which ZOO TV carried: the theatrics in the previous show were never before seen, the character changes along with the whole idea of "stealing from the thieves" was tremendous.
Now, as far as this tour goes, U2 have definitely worked hard and bettered their performance from the US leg. Staring at the Sun was done very differently with only Edge and BONO, Edge doing a Beatles-like off voice.....very good.
The graphics on the screen were more apt to the music than those done previously in the US. The emotion of 72000 people dancing (remember in Europe there aren't any seats on the field) was much better, louder and freer than that of US... overall a better more refined, more tweaked concert for the European leg...sorry for the telegram style....gotta run.
