This was my second of the Popmart tour.
A friend an I bougt a package which contained bus, boat and concert ticket. We left Belgium the night before and drove to Calais. We were not the only bus. The boat was packed with U2 fans from Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands. So allready at 5 in the morning the atmosphere was great. We arrived in Wembley around 9 in the morning. So we had all day for some sightseeing in London. We had lunch in the Hard Rock cafe and the place was full of U2 fans. Than it was time to go back to the stadium.
We decided to sit all at the back of the stadium to have a great overall view.
And finally, Popmusic started and we went nuts. Most people around us sat down almost the entire show, but we danced and sang all nigt long.
Highlights were Pride (the crowd who didn't stop singing), One (one of my all time U2 favorites) and Staring at the sun (sounds great in acoustic version).
For me it over too soon, but I had plans of going to see them in Dublin the next week, although I didn't have tickets. After the concert my friend decided she would come too.
We went back to the bus and drove back home. We arrived back in Belgium around 9 the next morning.
It was a great experience.
