It was 1992 and over the past years I slowly turned into a U2 fan. Achtung Baby made it all spilling over the rim and I was glad to get tickets for my first U2 show.
It was great.
They recorded the album in Berlin and to see them so close to my hometown was unbelievable.
Bono, as the Fly, had the audience in his hands and he could actually control our mood.
The climax of mood changing was reached when they played Running 2 stand still on a small stage off the main stage.
It was not just singing but an awesome form of acting. The Westfalenhalle was quite!!
Amazing.
I was definitly infected but also mad that I did not try to go to the concert the next day.
I saw them the next year in Bremen!!
Elevate your Soul!!!!
