Nothing changes on New Year’s Day, but on January 1, 2020, U2 fans in a number of countries will be able to see U2 on their television screens.
As reported by U2Songs and U2tour.de, U2’s newest concert film will be titled U2: Experience - Live In Berlin. The full-length film was recorded November 13, 2018, on the final night of the Experience + Innocence Tour. The version airing on New Year's Day 2020 is expected to be a 75-minute cut of the full concert performance. A home video release is expected to follow soon after.
As of now, broadcast of the video has been confirmed by HBO Romania and Rolling Stone in Germany, but it is expected to air in many major markets. Confirmation of dates and times for the United States are still forthcoming, and we’ll keep you updated as we learn more.
