I didn't plan on attending a concert that night but a friend of mine and I were walking down Hampton Beach Boulevard and saw the "Stompers" underneath some band called "U2" on the Casino's marquis. We checked the price (five minutes before the show) and figured five bucks to see the Stompers is worth it. We were seated I think it's called stadium style were your seated as you come in right next to one another at common tables. The Stompers came out and played their set, kinda retro, nothing we hadn't heard. The crowd was twenty to twenty-five set in party mode. This Irish band came out to the rather small stage greeted by this house that was primed and ready to go. U2 absolutely took the house down much to the surprise of everyone there (I think). Saw Bono in the mens room proving the other posters thought that backstage amenities for the boys were nonexistent. I'll never see a show like this in a venue like this again.
