OH MAN!!! The show was awsome. Not the most awsome- I have to agree that April 20, 2001 was like something I can't even describe in words; it was like an out of body experience. But tonight was still good. I was a little disapointed by the "fans." Not the usual spirit. The thing about U2 shows, though, is that even their crappy nights would be the equivalent of a miracle for any other band. I think, as fans of U2, we have high expectations of the band because of their rep as an amazing live act. So we need to give them a little slack, especially since their tour's just getting started, and it's had a lot of trouble getting off the ground to begin with. I am excited cuz I get to see them again tonight and both nights in Oakland.
P.S. If any of the people my mom and I talked to outside the "meet & greet" gate read this, please email me. You guys are great people and it would be cool to stay in touch :)
