I just want to thank Scott, Brett, Tamara, Dave W, dr click, g James, Caity, Kari, Kathy and Mark for your compliments. Believe it or not you are a big part of this great energy I feel inside.
I wasn't nervous when I hugged BONO, only when took me by the hand and started to do that silly "high stepping walk", I know why he did it, it has meaning.
He said: "I had climbed the highest mountains, I have run through the fields"...and at the end I found what I was looking for just to be with him.
Then he let go my hand, and for a second I thought what the heck do I now? ... So I started to belly danced my ass off inspired in an old friend of mine and of course The Edge too!
I was so into it, I didn't hear the crowd that I did not have time to cry after the fact.
I sat down behind Larry and he looked at me while he was still playing the drums. I was calm... all I could see the pavilion was packed, mesmerized of my gypsy heart!
To ALL of you, thank you it was the happiest day of my life!
Iris
