Comments: Bono and the Edge performed an acoustic version "City of Blinding of Blinding Lights" with Jacknife Lee on keyboard. With an audience that included President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, Bono personalized the lyrics to reflect their legacies with snippets of Stevie Wonder's "Isn't She Lovely" and the Beatles "Michelle" added on as well. The Roots served as the house band for the event and were on stage during the performance, but did not accompany, Bono, the Edge, and Jacknife Lee.
