I cannot believe this was my first U2 concert!!! How have I not done this before? What took me so long to get here?!?!
The stage alone is just insane, but WOW, did they sound amazing, and I was so excited that they started out with with a bunch of songs from Achtung Baby, my favorite album ever!!!
The tribute intro piece with astronaut Mark Kelly brought tears to my eyes!
The whole show was just a huge reminder of how small we all are on this tiny little planet of ours, but what a difference we can make and the power of 85,000 people in a stadium! To create that kind of message through sight and sound makes them so much more than your typical rock band!!!
