Attended the show at the Rose Bowl in 2009 and now finally Oakland 2011. Access to these events, especially the departure from, is ridiculous. For the Oakland show we took BART in and was fast and easy, repeatedly told the gates would close at midnite and to allow time to walk back to the station. Having U2 start at 9:30 and playing until 11:45 was not very careful planning for those who took BART, to say the least we had to depart the stadium during "Streets" and missed the rest of the show.
Now having read some of these other posts with the freeway backups, I realize alot of others had it alot worst. What I saw of the show was very good and enjoyed it very much, especially Zooropa and Stay. But,I was disappointed with there time schedule. I have been a fan since 1982, from the War tour[S.F. Civic Center] until current, I'm becoming tired, in other words "NUMB".
