Well, I sought out the listing for this show because, after nearly 200 rock concerts over the last 16 years (not too impressive to some, I'm sure), this remains my favorite of all-time. I saw U2 two other times on this tour--oddly enough, footage from those was used for the Rattle and Hum film (Denver and Phoenix). This remains the best, though. I still vividly remember 'People Get Ready' and 'Trip Through Your Wires' closing this one out, and of course, 'Streets' kicking it off. A truly memorable experience from the best band of my generation, at their most absorbing and personal--in an arena setting no less. Maybe this one sticks out in my memory because it was my first REALLY long road trip to a concert--or maybe it's just because such a great band at the absolute height of its creativity and power delivered mightily.....
