It was an outstanding concert! I was very impressed at how well the new songs all came across so well live. I was surprised that they played "Sunday Bloody Sunday" and that they did not play "Pride (In the Name of Love)." I think they should not play "Discotheque" live though - it simply does not come across with the same energy live as it does on the Pop cd. I was also very disappointed with their rendering of "The Fly." I think this is one of their best songs and it was not given its due at this concert. They did not start it off in the same manner as on the cd and on the Zoo Station (live in Sydney video) and The Edge did not perform the MOST NECESSARY backing (gospel voice) vocals that occur in the choruses. BUT! at least I got to see them perform it - which they did not perform on the Popmart tour. I thought the Elevation tour ticket was somewhat overpriced but it was an excellent concert and I'm happy I attended it. I wish they play more off of the new cd too (e.g. "When I Look At The World.") If you're a big U2 fan and can afford it - I strongly recommend you go see it - even if you have to drive 3 hours to go see them and pay over $100 as I did.
