Crazy - Just Crazy! This is probably my 10th or 11th show but my first 360 of 2 (going to vegas in 2 weeks). I have to say that this is one of the best shows ever. I even had my son Joey who got on stage with "The Boys" at the last U2 show in Tampa in 2005 (St Pete Times Forum) during Yahweh and 40 and I still think that this was superior in sound and quality. I brought my wife and daughters to this one and they loved it as well. My 9 year old and 11 year old did not stop singing and dancing at all even with the crazy people in the Pits right in front of the stage in GA section. We were 10 feet from stage and my daughters could not beilieve that Bono and the Boys were right in front of them. The fact that Bono stated at least once that he could not believe how much "NOISE" Tampa was making tonight shows the energy level was high. Several times he smiled and referenced the crowd and loudness. U2 paid us back with great music, voice and a stage show that will not only ever be duplicated but more than likely never even attempted.
2 hours and change by 4 guys about to turn 50...Seriously... besides Springsteen nobody "nowadays" comes close a show like this. By the way, we can complain all we want about the set lists every show, but thats too easy considering the band has 30 years worth of music to pick from...There is always going to be better songs to play for everyone.
These guys will be back and give you a new setlist to listen to soon. They are far from finished. After all, Bono did say, "we'll back soon..."
