Have seen many U2 concerts, over 30 in Europe and the U.S. This San Diego show was fantastic, and there are things no one seems to have mentioned. For example, just watching the crowd in the heart, and the floor crowd is amazing. Watching Bono interact with them, and how excited everyone is and into the music...cannot remember ever seeing anything like that, and many of the shows I saw in Europe had that floor standing room, but the difference seems to be the heart stage and Bono actually being "in the crowd." For all of you with seats, if you are regretting not having a GA ticket, the show from the seats is great, and in fact we had a GAs and GCs because if we didn't like GA we could go to the GCs. 5 mins into GA, we went to the seats. Way too crowded, and were we ever glad because right before the show started the floor was like sardines no space between people at all. Those standing on the floor will never see how it is to see them, and in fact it becomes another show with the U2 show. When they first come out to Elevation and everyone jumps up and down, and Bono jumps up and down it is just unforgettable. Then the people in the heart never really stop jumping up and down. Bono running the entire length of the heart...he's in great shape to do all that. Bono going into the crowd. And the music, song after song that we all love so much, and you just keep thinking it is so amazing to hear U2 live, and how lucky we are. To actually see Edge, Adam, Larry, and Bono and hear that incredible U2 music. Get a ticket no matter what and don't miss them. I would like those in the back of the floor or middle to write what it was like, it looked squished and it appeared women wouldn't see anything. I asked a lot after and they said that they were shoved, pushed and had trouble breathing...anyone post?
