awesome night.
received wrist bands and tickets at a separate location, then were bused to the theatre with a police escort. of the 800 or so people, most were NOT radio winners, but invitees. older crowd to say the least and plenty of groups of more than 2 which was a dead giveaway they werent radio winners.
anyway, short set was awesome great sound, tiny theatre and amazing seating. hard to be more intimate than being in the ellipse/circle of the last 2 tours, but this was. lucky enough to get 1st row balcony seats, stage left looking right at Edge.
the Q/A session was a lot of fun as well. very laid back and very casual. The boys really seem like great friends that just bust on each other for laughs.
amazing how much effort on the band/management side went into all of this for a 1 hour broadcast.
