Institute was a great opening act. Fans around me were surprised to see Gavin had a new band. Institute had a short but sweet play list that delighted many.
The third leg is winding down after a very successful run. Bono thanked the crowd many times for seven great nights in Boston. This was a well seasoned crowd and a loosened and comfortable band. But the magic was there like the night we first met. What strikes me is the love and respect that flows mutually between U2 and their fans. Let's face it, we all imagined a pow wow with Bono at some point to tell him, as if he didn't know. But he knows, better than we do what this music does for us. He always encourages us sing along and jump into the circle with him. It's all good, but it's all even better because of U2.
