That was a fantastic show. This was only my 3rd U2 show. I saw them in May and prior to that October 10th in South Bend Indiana. My wife has been a die hard U2 fan since her first show in 1987. I have to say that this band puts on one of the best live shows I have ever seen. Bad is perhaps the best live song ever played by anyone. Lucky me has heard it at every concert I have seen.
Last night we had fantastic seats. We didn't decide to go until 5 days before the show (thank you e-bay). So we were in section 101 3rd row. Pricey but well worth it. Although I do have to say Bono and the boys are beginning to show their age a little when you are that close. Another thing about close up seats is watching the people walk by just before the show starts. While sitting in our seats we thought we saw Billy Corgan walk by with a group of people coming from backstage. No more thoughts about that until Bono sang a snippet of Bullet with Butterfly wings during the show. Overall a fantastic show.
