General Motors Place is located in Vancouver, Canada
General Motors Place opened in 1995 to replace Pacific Coliseum as the home of the NHL's Vancouver Canucks. It is also home of the NBA's Vancouver Grizzlies. It was the ice hockey venue of the 2010 Winter Olympics.
U2 have performed at General Motors Place on every tour of North American indoor arenas since 2001 and will open their iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE Tour at the venue.
General Motors Place was renamed Canada Hockey Place in February 2010, and has been named Rogers Arena after that.
