Damn! Stuck in the seats in what was known at the time as "The Jungle" within Celtic Park. Didn't ruin the show for me in anyway and I was delighted to witness the first ever live performance of Zooropa. For some reason my most lasting memory was of the support act Stereo MC's who's lead singer decided to venture down the ramp that led into the crowd. He then ran back towards the stage and preceded to fall on his arse. Priceless!
Whenever I return to (a now completely rebuilt) Cetic Park for a football match this gig and where I sat is still the first thing that comes into my head.
