Been a fan of U2 for 12 years now and this was my first ever U2 concert. Been to a lot of stadium concerts to see Simple Minds so i can do a fair review. First of all, it was without doubt the worst crowd i have EVER seen or heard! No jumping, no clapping, no nothing. God knows what U2 must have thought, first time my wife has been to a stadium gig and she felt embarrest for them, no lie!! As live performers they were exceptional, lots of passion. Not too impressed with the stage, seemed fairly average to me, only looked impressive on occassions. Overral, U2 were fantastic but let down by the worst crowd in the history of stadium rock.
