What a great show!!! Almost 24 hours after the show, I’m still elevated. The crowd in the Netherlands are the best in the world. I didn’t get into the heart, but I was not far from Bono. I was in the ring of 2000 at the tip of the heart. I still can’t believe that I saw Bono so close to me. The show was better than the night before. It was a fantastic show, but the sound in the Gelredome wasn’t very good. I’m not going to visit any other concert than a U2 show in the Gelredome. The sound was very poor. It was hard for me to hear Bono sing, and he was right in front me. But I also think that Bono has problems with his voice. His voice sounded very ill and tired to me, and he couldn’t reach the high notes. Highlights of the show for me were elevation, until the end of the world, mysterious ways, kite, new york, 11 o’clock tick tock, where the streets have no name, one and walk on. The setlist of the elevation tour is good but it needs more surprises. I would love to hear please, running to stand still, discotheque, a sort of homecoming, last night on earth, if you wear that velvet dress, even better than the real thing, dirty day, into the heart, who’s gonna ride your wild horses, lemon, party girl, love is blindness etc. Zoo TV was the best U2 tour, but they are still the best band in the world!!! They are worth the high ticket prices. Thank you for twenty years of beautiful music!!!
