Attended the U2 concert @ Key arena 4/24/05. Not the worst concert I have attended but pretty darn close!!! Sound was Horrible like someone with very cheap speakers cranking it to 10. Bono was unintelligible. The Stage was okay with the lighting, however the computer animations were very 80ish. Bono then began to give his politcal and humanitarian speeches requesting the audience to text the president of the USA asking for relief to Africa, This after displaying the 8 U.N. articles (what a joke). HORRIBLE!!!!!! I just lost all respect for the band and will not see them again. Bono should decide if he wants to be a politician or a rock star, and quit charging audiences for his private political rally.
I am sure he feels he is led by his spirit but i wonder what spirit is influencing him!!
