At around 6:00 pm out of boredom before the show we decided to walk around the HSBC Arena. When we got to the back of the arena near the loading area we noticed this little group of about 20 or so people queued in front of a small barrier. I thought it a bit late in the day and a little to close to show time for the band to be driving in. Then we asked a couple what they were doing there and they responded that as far as they knew the band hadn’t arrived yet and they were waiting for a possible close encounter with one or more of them.
We decided to wait for a few minutes to see if anyone would show up and the pictures above are the result. The moral of the story, if you’re bored, take a walk, you never know who you’ll run into.
