At the beginning of June I saw U2 in my hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Can. It was so amazing that I made the drive down to Minneapolis and to my surprise this show was even better, thanks to the improved set list. (Sunday, Bloody Sunday... need I say more?).
We got our tickets the day of the show and managed to get 16th row, right next to where the band made their entrance. The show was completely uplifting, I was practically in a daze as we left. Bono spent alot of time on the finger stage which was excellent. He is a true performer.
The highlights for me included an acoustic version of Desire, Sunday of course, and Velvet dress. U2 is the best live band around today.
