having sent only one text in the draw for tickets(on my fiancee's mobile)it was a massive treat for us to see our 2 heroes perform together.u2 and the macca perform sgt peppers - could it get any better??? u2 as always were on fire with vertigo played at a blinding pace.the band were really up for it as they more than anybody seemed to know about the importance of what was going on.one was as usual magnificent and it was great to hear the "can you hear us coming lord" coda sung at the end of the performance.the rest of the day was also really great with highlights coming from annie lennox, razorlight, robbie williams, the who, pink floyd and that man macca again.nice to hear helter skelter sung by the man that wrote it(although i know which version i prefer)now if only u2 would bring it back for the rest of the tour!hoping to get to msg in oct/nov to see the boys in nyc.any ticket tips would be most appreciated from any u2 fans.thanks again lads for another great day!!!!!!
