Immediately after the show I had four thoughts:
- The rain stopped the enjoyment a little
- U2 themselves were just playing the songs, they didnt connect.
- Bono went a little overboard with all the World politics rants, yes we should all be concerned, but sometimes we just want to watch U2.
- Despite all of the above it was still a top class show, with U2 being the best in the world.
After a week to contemplate further, the fourth thought has grown larger and the first three have shrunk. U2 are the best band in the world.
