WoW! What an incredible experience at last night's show in Baltimore! I have grown up with this band, and I'm proud to report the following: they STILL put it out there on the line each night, they STILL rock hard and obviously enjoy what they are doing, and they STILL put on an amazing musical and visual show. The sound was incredible, the set list was diverse, and the staging was spectacular. All the songs were tight, and it was impossible NOT to get caught up in the energy and vibe these lads conjured up on a sweltering summer's eve. Bono encouraged the crowd to help create the venue into a small club atmosphere, noting that proximity is "...a state of mind." I think we all pulled it off wonderfully.
