Well, what can I say, I have NEVER heard a crowd sing like they did at last night's MSG show. It was great to hear everyone singing the "hits" as well as the non-single songs. It was a great feeling and wonderful to witness, to feel New York so together, so connected. This was my third Elevation show, and it was the first one out of the heart. As wonderful as these shows have been, I have to say that I'm a little disappointed in the set list. I saw the last two shows at CAA on 6/21 and 6/22, and last night's show was so similar to those. I'm not asking for a Party Girl moment or even a premier of a new song (like Wild Honey in Jersey), but c'mon boys, mix it up a little bit more. And under two hours? The show they put on was amazing, that's no surprise, they can easily win over our hearts on emotion alone. But, I have to say, EVERY tour for them is a greatest hits tour, guess we all just have to realize that. I have one more chance for Elevation in Philly, I hope I get to hear something new.
