I saw the Oct 7th MSG concert and the Nov 4th MGM concert and loved both for very different reasons. U2 clearly has an affinity for NYC and the massive crowd sent back its love song after song. MSG exploded with energy! The Vegas arena was substantially smaller and for that reason far more intimate. The first concert was a rock concert; the second was more of an evening with old friends. Two great memories.
