U2 has performed 11 times in Project Arts Centre. Those performances included unique songs and an overall total of 19 songs.
Project Arts Centre is located in Dublin, Ireland
Evolving from a three week festival in 1966, Project Arts Centre opened in the former Dollard Printing Works buildings on East Essex Street in 1974. The building contained a cinema, performance space, and gallery. Boomtown Rats, the Virgin Prunes, and U2 are among the many artists that performed in the space before it was closed and demolished in 1998.
A new Project Arts Centre was built on the site of the old venue and the organization continues to operate as an essential location in the Dublin arts scene.
Project Arts Centre is located at No.39 East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin, Ireland.
