Wow!
Another great show by U2. Allthough this time it was no great surprise. Since the last time I saw them(May 2001) was my first U2 concert, I really didn't know what to expect that time. I was blown away.
This time I came in with very high expectations fearing that perhaps the band might not be able to live up to the lofty standards they had set last time around. Those fears were gone in no time as the band had us all rocking from the moment Elevation kicked in untill the last song of the night, Walk on.
The crowd in Montreal was absolutly electric once again. Sort of like it would be for a Montreal Canadians playoff game and you could just tell that the band was feeding off this energy, especially during the encore.
The highlights for me were probably Beautiful Day, Angel of Harlem, Streets and One but it was great to hear With or Without you this time as they left it off the last show I saw due to Bono's vocal trouble.
But I mean really, they played for about 2 hours and I can't think of many songs that they left out. It was just a phenominal show.
