The foreplay can sometimes eclipse the climax.
Speaking on a personal note here, U2 are without doubt the only band I have ever listened to and had what I could only describe as personal bond with.
Seeing the band for the first time in nov 84 @ the NEC through to the present tour my heart bled. Watching the ultimate showman of our times go through what (the f*** am I doing here scenario) was to me heart breaking.
Tuesday to me was about mans defience, about playing against the odds, about ones obsurity from reality, about realising mans insecurity within themself, about a mans longing for the past, looking at their own s mortality.
Maybe I'm wrong and as the old saying goes The Show must Go On.
"We come in with nothing
We exit with nothing
The life in-between
should be full of our dreams"
