by Scott Gowans
well after months, actually years of the almost daily ritual looking up the U2 websites to see what they are up to, where and what they played at each gig, it was finally our turn.
The weather was perfect, and the 8 years of wishing came to an end. I am lucky that i have tickets to all shows in Australia, and i couldn't have wished for a better start. Kite was by far the highlight, both for acoustic type of arrangement, and the fact that Bono symbolised the song with a kite.
Streets, Pride, Sometimes were my other highlights. I can't wait for Sydney.
