Incredible!!! One word. Seeing U2 three rows back inside the heart. Ingore everyone that says that the tip of the heart is the best spot. Get as close as you can to the stage as possible. What an awesome show. The show was very spiritual as Bono gave many references to God. He quoted Psalms at the begining of Streets, gave thanks to the Almighty in One, Sang an incredible rendition of Amazing Graze (with some on his own lyrical changes), belted out, "they took your life, but they could not take your pride" , and "claimed the victory that Jesus one" Awesome. The band really looked like they were having fun on this tour, and didn't seem bogged down with the size of this tour as oppose to the last two. The set list was incredible. I believe it to be the longest set list on the tour as Bono and Edge did an impromt "I will remember you" for the ramones. The crowd was way into it and even chanted "how long to sing this song" at the end of the concert.
Highlights:
Bad, was as good as Rattle and Hum, the new version of the fly (the new intro made me think that they were doing a brand new song), bono's falsetto intro on Stuck in a Moment, Amazing Graze, Bono dedictating One to the ramones, Bono on piano during sweetest thing, saying he will forgive whoever stole his tan bag with the lyrics to October in it, singing halleluja at the end of walk on, and the biggest highligh, being inside the heart at the best ever rock n roll show.
The only regrets i have is that this is probably the only show i will see unless the rumours of U2 coming in North America in the fall are true.
