This was a great show and I thought the band was really in to it. I liked a lot of the Japanese elements they threw in (the flag, the "ichi-ni-san, catorce," and the in-song references) and I felt like the crowd was enjoying the show. I liked the playlist more than a previous Vertigo set I saw, and I really liked hearing "Window in the Skies."
I am not a huge fan of "Sometimes You Can't Make it on Your Own" but tonight it was really great. I don't remember Bono taking his glasses off to sing that before. It was also nice to hear some of the older songs I hadn't seen since Elevation (Bad, With or Without You).
It made my day and was a great show, tons of energy and a real blast.
