Ok San Diego…
For me this last record hit home big time. So much emotion. I have never seen U2 live before. I was in awe. In tears at one time from the emotion put forth. The show, the music, the presence of a wold class band such as U2 was a gift I will cherish. You know Bono said thank you twice but the crowd I guess was so selfish that they didn’t respond and yes I was in the heart and saw the disappointment on Bono’s face when San Diego would not say thank you. This show was fabulous. I had never been so close to a World Class act. As a drummer my self I did notice Larry not hitting very hard for playing in an arena, and not quite as tight as they could have been. But I guess they flew in and perhaps were a little tired. So what. They were great and they are U2. I would not trade it for anything. No regrets here. U2 has been accepted as the best band in the World. Can’t wait for Aneheim….
btw...pj needs to get a day job.
