I was there! I was 22, it was my first U2 show.
It was incredible, i was very close to the stages. The first band (Utah saints) has been kicked off after 2 or 3 songs. The strongest moment was when Bono tunes a French TV channel and then from nowhere 'Marseille 1 Milan 0 Score final' appeared on the screen. It was the first time a french team won an european cup. The stadium was completly crazy and Bono starts a new song... The feeling and the effect was so intense that i can still feel it.
