Alright.... so finally I gave in. I went to see a U2 show! In the past I have avoided doing so because I find Bono and his pomposity hard to take, preferring instead to attend concerts that consist of musical entertainment and not quasi-political/religious rants. Well, the show was just so so, nothing spectacular, and certainly not as amazing as diehard fans had told me to expect. With the exception of bullet, bad, and running, everything seemed merely ok. All in all, I am anticipating a much better evening at the Killers show on Wednesday. U2 as the next Rolling Stones anyone?
