After so many years I cannot forget how amazing their show was! I arrived early morning to guarantee a good place. My friends and I toasted during all day and around 22:10 they started to play. Infact the show was going to be held at the Maracana Football stadium, but it was transfered. I translated to the promoter of U2 in Brasil since back then they stayed at the Sheraton Hotel where I used to work. U2 band stayed at the Copacabana Palace, unfortunately. I got a few tickets for translating and that was even better. The reason for transfering the gig to Nelson Piquet, was that the big 52mX12m screen that couldn't fit through, heheheheh. It was an awsome show!!!
