The boys from Dublin were in fine form last night. I was fortunate enough to see them on this tour back in '09 in Vegas and I have to say last night was a better show (even with the chilly weather).
They skipped a few of the lesser known songs from their latest disc to play more of their hits - the only big ones missing were "Stuck in a moment" and "Still haven't found what I'm looking for" - but, hey, who's complaining.
I'm sure most people in the stadium, except for a few die-hards, appreciated hearing songs like "Elevation" instead of "Unknown Caller".
It was also nice to see a few nods to the local music scene (BTO and Neil Young) and I thought Winnipeg did an excellent job of kicking of the Canadian portion of the tour.
Bravo!
