This was my first U2 concert...and there are absolutely no words to describe how I feel right now.
Unbelievable? Stunning? Breathtaking? All I hoped for and much more.
I waited for three hours outside the back entrance to the Delta Center, hoping to see the band arrive...I was not dissapointed. Sure enough, Bono came out of the suburban, and I was lucky enough to be right in the front of the crowd. He came down the line and shook everyone's hand, including mine. Unforgettable.
The show was incredible. Bono hit every note (including for Sometimes and Miss Sarajevo). The energy of the crowd (though I can't compare it with other shows) was out of control....Bono even commented that he had said the word "wow" 6 times during the night, and said Salt Lake was a "noisy bunch" :)
There were too many highlights to mention here...simply incredible.
I am never going to forget this night.
Thank you U2!!!
