just back from Lonodon, half asleep!!
well, ive been to 2 shows this tour (manchester 1, birmingham 1) but tonight i had standing tickets!!! was at the tip of the heart just slightly on Edge's side,
absolutely amazingit really is the place to be, Bono is nearer than arms length every time he pops down to the tip., and at last i got to hear out of control, and sweetest thing, nice to hear and see Bono on the piano. Band was really on form tonight,.......... PRIDE .. wow!!!
Bono & Edge came down to do 'Staring at the Sun' 'BAD' wasnt played tonight , it was replaced with 'All I Want is You', and With or Without you' had the extra 'shine liek stars in the summernight....' bit.. with Bono repeating the 'one heart' bit to the end of the song and pointing and making heart shapes at the heart section.
Awe inspiring gig. Photos to follow soon!!!!!
WOOOOOOOO HOOO, WOOOOOOOOO HOOO-HOOOO!!!!!!!
