holy shit we went tonight expecting a low key gig with all things considered (rip bobby) but they put all their love for the man into the gig tonight best u2 show i have ever seen.
flew from sydney for this and slane and was better than i could ever imagined we were at the tip of the heart and bono sat on my girlfriend and i during B day simply amazing as for reports of crap sound, i am a sound engineer at home and thought the sound was supurb
bonos gotta go routine during the fly with him crashing into the screen is burnt into my brain forever, and one brought tears to the eyes of everyone in the house
they looked very solemn, but it seemed like a huge weight was lifted of b's shoulders as anyone with a dying loved one can relate to
leave you with a quote " i asked my da if there was anything i could do for him, he told me to get fucked!" you could see the sadness , but the big grin on his face said dads gone to a better place
thanks for being so brave bono, we all send our love and support
