Well what can I say. We parked by gate D around 6:30. 1st unusual thing to happen was some guy writing U2 on his butt, jumping on top of his car & mooning everyone in site! That aside, we headed in at 8:30 to find Fun Lovin Criminals still playing. They did till 9. After what seemed like forever ( a lot of shitty music played by a DJ). U2 entered through the audience. Bono acting like a fighter heading for the ring.
The set list was the same as I have read throughout the tour. The karaoke thing was "sweet caroline". Would have preferred "daydream believer" but whatever! Highlights were "still haven't found" & "where the streets have no name". The "stand by me" thing was cool after Still haven't found. Thank God it didn't rain. I really miss "Sunday Bloody Sunday" & "Angels of Harlem". All in all a splendid time was had by all!
