This was my 3rd Elevation show and 4th U2 concert. Words can not express this show. I flew up here from Cincinnati just for the show and the moment I located my seat I was floored. Seeing that this was an extremley intimate venue just added to the anticipation. Garbage played a great set, eventhough it was their first show in 2 years. I was waiting for the Elevation intro. to come on meaning they were about to hit the stage. After the Beatles "All you need is love", played over the PA, the synthesisor begining to "Beautiful Day", started and I knew then and there, this show was special. Bono reapeted the first few lines a few times while Adam, Larry, and The Edge walked on the stage. You just couldnt imagine the enthusiasm of the crowd and the band. It was just incredible. It was just a smaller, more intimate venue, for a band who has more relevance than ever. Marvin Gayes "whats going on", was an amazing treat. The "Pride" and "Sunday Bloody Sunday" pairing was breath taking as well as "Bad" and "Streets". The nights most heart renching moment though was during "Walk On", in which Bono brought out a number of New Yorks Firemen and Police men. They circled the heart and gave high fives to the crowd. Bono tried to get one of them to help him sing but he was a little too apprehensive. I want to thank U2 for "Giving US A GREAT LIFE".
