Before the show Sgt Perper's Lonely Heart Club Band by the Beatles was played over the PA and after another song U2 came to the stage with still the house-lights on and went on with Elevation. This was a thunderous beginning form a very energetic show from both band as public. Highlights during the show were Kite,Desire with wonderful snippets of Hawkmoon 269 and Running to Stand Still, Where the Streets Have No Name and a very special version of The Fly. At the end Bono really ended up as an fly on one of the screens behind the band.
Another highlight was the dedication from In a Little While to Herman Brood the Dutch Rock'n Roll junkie, who committed suicide one day before concert. Bono met him during Herman's birthdayparty a few years ago.
After 130 minutes and a beautifully played Walk On a really spriritual Rock show came to an end.
