Well, what a show!
This was the second time I have seen U2 after I saw them on the PopMart Tour at Wembley in 1997. Although that was amazing, it was nothing compared to this.
I had heard about U2's entrance to the stage via other sources, but nothing could prepare me for the extreme buzz around the MEN Arena when Elevation kicked in. The pace kept up with Beautiful Day and Until The End Of The World.
The most poignant moment of this gig was Bono's dedication of Kite to his sick Dad. It was a moving experience.
The most euphoric moment of this gig was being at the tip of the heart for 'Streets...' This is my favourite U2 track and the boys did it justice!
All in all, a great night! I will never forget it.
Bring on Slane!!!
